What does delivery cost?
Due to the nature of the range of pumps we sell, and to where we can sell, delivery costs can vary. Free Shipping is available on select items, this will be indicated in the product’s description. Our free shipping is to the North & South Islands of New Zealand. For some items, you will need to contact us for estimated shipping costs, this will also be noted in the product’s description.

- Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the item and your location.
- Estimated delivery times are:
- North Island: 2-5 working days
- South Island: 3-10 working days
- We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details for your order. Please check your spam/junk folder for our email communications.

- Some larger items may require delivery to the nearest freight depot due to their size and need for specialist handling. We’ll indicate this during your enquiry.
- You can arrange the final delivery step with a local transport company.

- For large items, we request the freight company to contact you prior to delivery, though this cannot always be guaranteed.
