  • Is not as described, such as receiving a different model than what was ordered.

Remedies for Faulty Products We offer the following remedies for faulty products:

  • Replacement with the same or an equivalent item.
  • Store credit or refund if repair or replacement is not feasible, preferably as a direct bank transfer.

Change of Mind Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Initiating a Return To start the return process for faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at info@mcquinnpumps.co.nz with your order details and a description of the issue. We highly recommend including photographs of the fault or damage.

Return Shipping The responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the nature of the fault.

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to manufacturing defects or inaccuracies in order fulfillment, particularly for special orders or custom items.
  • The fee will be a percentage of the product’s original purchase price and will be communicated at the time of the return request.

Processing Returns We will process your exchange, store credit, or refund (preferably as a direct bank transfer) upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. The time frame for processing will be communicated at the start of the return process.
