One of the standout features of the CSM240 is its dry motor design, combined with an automatic thermal overload protection and mechanical overload switch (autocut). This sophisticated design ensures efficient operation with maximum starting torque, all while preventing excessive current draw.

The pump features dual mechanical seals housed in a durable cast iron oil chamber. Paired with stainless steel shafts and dual ball bearings, these components contribute to a smooth operation and a significantly extended pump life. The design of the stainless steel shaft minimises deflection, which further prolongs the life of seals and bearings.

The CSM240 is constructed from solid, durable, and rugged cast iron, offering high abrasion resistance to suspended particles.
